Payment and Refund Policy

Norge Cleaning Center (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional house cleaning services throughout the United States. This Payment and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines our procedures for payments, cancellations, and refunds in full compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

1. Payment Procedures

The Company does not accept online payments or process payments directly through the website. Once a service request is confirmed, our management team will provide the client with detailed payment instructions, including accepted methods such as bank transfer, certified check, or other secure arrangements. Payment, or a deposit if required, must be completed prior to the commencement of any service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Service Confirmation

All cleaning services are confirmed only after a representative contacts the client to verify service details, pricing, and scheduling. No work will begin without this explicit confirmation. The Company reserves the right to decline services that are unsafe, illegal, or incomplete.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to service: Clients may cancel their appointment at any time before the scheduled service. Refunds will be issued in full, minus any reasonable administrative or preparation costs.
  • Partial service completion: If a service has started but is not fully completed, refunds will be prorated based on the work performed and materials used.
  • Special services: Customized or special-request services may be non-refundable once preparations or material purchases are made. Clients will be notified in advance of any non-refundable elements.
  • Force majeure: Events beyond the Company’s control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions, may result in rescheduling or partial refunds at the Company’s discretion.

4. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone within seven (7) business days following service completion or cancellation. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with this Policy and applicable U.S. laws.

5. Dispute Resolution

Clients are encouraged to contact the management team directly to resolve payment or refund disputes. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to mediation, arbitration, or small claims court, in accordance with U.S. federal and state law.

6. Legal Compliance

This Policy is intended to comply with U.S. federal consumer protection laws, including FTC regulations, relevant state laws, and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) where applicable. All transactions are handled transparently, fairly, and in full accordance with the law.
